Chris & Dairne were married on a beautiful January Saturday, at Southwell School in Hamilton.
When we arrived to do the boys' getting ready photos, we were lucky enough to catch a cool sequence of their little dog, Wally, being washed & groomed for his role in the big day... the progression from soggy puppy through to handsome dog!
When Dairne arrived at the Southwell Chapel, their flowergirl headed into the foyer to ring the chapel bells - I love the shot of her swinging up on the rope!
The ceremony was led by Brian Carey (we photographed his daughter's wedding a while back, and he is so lovely!) - and was very intimate.. which was echoed by the beautiful, romantic lighting inside the chapel.
Afterwards, we headed out for some shots with Chris, Dairne, and their bridal party around the school grounds, while the guests amused themselves with a variety of passtimes (including some fantastic big canvasses to paint their well-wishes onto).
It was a beautiful wedding - thanks for inviting us along to share a part in it!
