Alex & Cat were married at St Kentigern College in Auckland, on New Years Eve!!
Their ceremony was fantastic - it's the first (and only) time I've ever heard secular songs as hymns - sung by the congregation during the service... they had "Love Me Do" by The Beatles, and "One Love" by Bob Marley - and everyone sung along.. it was awesome!!!
Afterwards, we headed down to Kohimarama beach for some shots with the bridal party - making a quick stop up Mt Eden on the way, which is where Alex proposed to Cat, so it was lovely to get some shots there!
We finished up back at the Hyatt Hotel, where their reception was... and then Amber & I returned just before midnight, where we found a cool spot with a great view of the Sky Tower and got some cool fireworks shots to herald the arrival of 2010 - a fantastic way to finish up the day!
